About the Speaker
Elizabeth Guarino, M.Ed., brings extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition to her role as Associate Director of Graduate Career Management & Engagement at OHIO’s College of Business. Having earned her master’s degree at Ohio State University in Higher Education with an emphasis in career counseling and management, Elizabeth offers practical real-world guidance for career success at all levels of an organization. Her former roles include Chief People Officer for Raising Cane’s of Ohio and Senior ROI Analyst for JWT Diamond Promotion Service. Elizabeth also started, owned, operated and sold a 15-year consulting practice in the Human Capital Management space. She is passionate about cultivating joy at work and has successfully led efforts to bring good human will straight to bottom-line business results.
